1. All goods remain the property of X-Tune Sdn Bhd until paid in full.

2. Special orders will not be accepted for return.

3. We reserve the right to alter prices or service without notice.

4. Any advice or information imparted verbally to the customer is done in good faith but shall not
form any part of any contract between X-tune Sdn Bhd and the customer.

5. X-tune Sdn Bhd will not accept responsibility for late delivery of goods dispatched due to courier service. We recommend that fitters are not booked until the goods are in your possession. We will not be liable to incur any penalty for late arrival of goods.

6. The liability of the seller either to the buyer or any other person or company for damage injury or loss of any kind whatsoever to any property or person arising in consequence of having purchased or possessed the sellers goods or any consequential loss shall be limited to the replacement of the goods originally supplied.

7. Liability for the suitability and safe installation of bodykits to any vehicles rests entirely with the buyer whom is advised that is any doubts occur to seek the assistance of a professional.

8. Some bodystyling kits are manufactured from fiberglass to improve the ease of fitting. Kits consist of excess fiberglass and may require some trimming.

9. Fiberglass products may require some adaptations before fitting.

10. We recommend that our kits should be fitted by an experienced fitter.

11. If you require any assistance, then please contact us.

12. We guarantee that all our kits will fit. If required fitting can be arranged by us.

13. Any bodystyling accessories or parts that have been painted or fitted on are non-returnable.

14. Any item, the subject of complaint must be returned carriage paid by the buyer to X-tune Sdn Bhd where said goods will be passed onto the manufacturer for technical examination. Should the said goods be found to be defective and still within the warranty period then a replacement will be supplied. If the product itself cannot be replaced for whatever reason, then a refund of the money will be made to the value of the original purchase price of the item in question only. The warranty of any products purchased shall apply only to the product itself and no claim for subsequent loss or damage however incurred to money, goods, property or persons is specifically excluded.
